I believe your banner in your signature says that your Pinnacle as well. I would think if such a thing existed you would have heard of it before me. We checked the perks list and for Diamond Plus and above there is a phone line for calling RCI for general questions or bookings (if I remember correct) but nothing like a concierge phone number. She called to give us a phone number for the concierge for our upcoming cruise.
